Ingredients

  • 1 lb ASC-certified salmon
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp Tony Cacheres (or any season-all)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Place butter and garlic in pan and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Add in BBQ sauce and honey and let that cook down for a bit

Add in salt, pepper and Tony Cacheres cook for about 5-6 minutes bringing it to a semi high boil. Move sauce to the side.

Season Salmon and coat it with olive oil on each side.

Cook Salmon in pan for no longer than 4-6 minutes and flip at least once, adding the sauce too the salmon as it cooks.

Plate up your salmon and serve along with mashed potatoes your choice of vegetable!
