  • 16 oz peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1 Chili pepper
  • 2 Finely minced garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions / directions

Thaw the peeled and deveined shrimp. Click here for Pescanova USA’s shrimp thawing tips.

Place the olive oil, minced garlic and whole chili pepper in a pot over medium-hot heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Once the oil is hot, add shrimp and cover the pan. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until internal temperature of 145°F is reached. Shrimp should be an opaque pink color.

Remove the cooked garlic shrimp from the pan and serve while hot. Serve à la carte or tossed with pasta and sprinkled with your favorite herbs.
