- 1 can Freshé Gourmet Salmon Meal
- 1 can Northern Catch Fancy Whole Smoked Oysters
- 1 package Mowi Atlantic Cold Smoked Salmon
- 1 package Mowi Norwegian Atlantic Cold Smoked Salmon
- 1 package Mowi Pepper Marinated Norwegian Atlantic Cold Smoked Salmon
- 1, 8-ounce wedge blue cheese
- 1, 8-ounce wedge gouda
- 1, 8-ounce wedge triple crème brie
- 1 1/2 cups dried apricots
- 1 cup candied nuts, such as candied pecans or honey roasted peanuts
- 1 cup smoked nuts, such as smoked almonds
- 1 cup dried raisins or golden raisins
- 20-30 assorted crackers such as multigrain and water crackers and melba toasts

This seafood board is loaded with a variety of ASC-certified smoked salmon and smoked oysters paired with tangy blue cheese, mild gouda, and creamy brie. Candied and smoked nuts complement the flavors of the fish and seafood. Guests can build their own combination of goodies on top of crackers with the option to top it off with sweet dried fruits.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Transfer the Freshé and oysters to their own serving bowls. Place the fish and seafood on a slate or ceramic serving platter, then add the wedges of cheese. Arrange the remaining ingredients around the platter. Add spoons, forks, and cheese knives for serving. Now it’s time to get the party started!
