- 1/4 lb ASC certified smoked trout
- 1/4 lb cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Serves: 4Enjoy Chef Eli Kirshtein’s Smoked Trout Salad at home! This dish was sampled out by ASC at the 2024 Atlanta Food & Wine Festival.
- Combine all the ingredients except the trout in a standing mixer and mix until evenly combined.
- Add the trout and lightly mix until just blended together, leaving a bit of texture to the trout.
- Garnish with micro greens or scallions/green onions.
- Serve with your favorite crackers!
- Note: this dip can also be served warm!
