- 2 sheets of Nori cut into 1/4 sections (or 8 single Nori sheets)
- 1 Tin of Safe Catch Smoked Trout in Water
- 1 cup of sushi rice
- 1/4 cup Kewpie mayo
- Sriracha to taste
- Furikake to taste
- Soy sauce optional

Serves: 1-2- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cook sushi rice according to packaged instructions and let cool
- If using nori sheets, cut each sheet into 4 sections for a total of 8 pieces
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 tin of Smoked Trout in Water, drained with Kewpie mayo and sriracha to taste
- Place each nori piece into a section of your muffin tin
- Fill each nori “cup” with a spoon full sushi rice and pack down
- Top sushi rice with your trout mixture
- Place your sushi cups into your oven and cook for 15-18 minutes
- Remove sushi cups from the oven and let cool
- Top each cup with Furikake seasoning
- Enjoy! Or dip/top with additional sushi flavorings of your choice like soy sauce, spicy mayo, eel sauce, etc.
