- 2 ASC labeled fresh or thawed snapper fillets
- 2 tbsp green pesto
- Green vegetable of choice - this recipe uses green beans and broccoli
- Package of baby potatoes, roughly 1.5 to 2 lbs
- Olive oil
- Dried green herbs (basil, oregano, etc.)

Serves: 2Oven
- First, smooth a tbsp of pesto over each of the sea bream fillets. Toss the potatoes (drained) in a little oil and dried green herbs of choice.
- Steam your greens until tender (a few minutes)
- Roast the potatoes in the oven (with the oil and herbs) at 375°F or heat in a pan along with the water in the tin until tender (4-5 minutes)
- Pan-fry the snapper until cooked (cook for a few minutes on each side in a little olive oil).
- Season with black pepper and serve immediately.
Air fryer
- First, smooth a tbsp of pesto over each of the sea bream fillets. Toss the potatoes (drained) in a little oil and dried green herbs of choice.
- Pop the potatoes into the air-fryer and cook at 375°F for 20 minutes until golden.
- After the potatoes are out, place the green vegetables into your air-fryer with the fish on top and cook at 375°F for 7 minutes (or until cooked).
- Season with black pepper and serve immediately.
