Oven

  1. First, smooth a tbsp of pesto over each of the sea bream fillets. Toss the potatoes (drained) in a little oil and dried green herbs of choice. 
  2. Steam your greens until tender (a few minutes) 
  3. Roast the potatoes in the oven (with the oil and herbs) at 375°F or heat in a pan along with the water in the tin until tender (4-5 minutes) 
  4. Pan-fry the snapper until cooked (cook for a few minutes on each side in a little olive oil). 
  5. Season with black pepper and serve immediately. 

Air fryer

  1. First, smooth a tbsp of pesto over each of the sea bream fillets. Toss the potatoes (drained) in a little oil and dried green herbs of choice. 
  2. Pop the potatoes into the air-fryer and cook at 375°F for 20 minutes until golden. 
  3. After the potatoes are out, place the green vegetables into your air-fryer with the fish on top and cook at 375°F for 7 minutes (or until cooked). 
  4. Season with black pepper and serve immediately.
