Lemon Pep Cobia

- Two 6 oz portions of ASC labeled cobia
- The Citrus One Spice Blend by Fish Fixe
- Lemon slices
- Olive oil or avocado oil
- French Green beans, trimmed
- Yukon gold potatoes, diced into quarter sized pieces

Serves: 2Lemon Pep Cobia is effortless. If one of your talents in the kitchen includes seasoning, this recipe is for you! The result – a tender citrus filet with a bit of a pepper kick! Serve it alongside roasted potatoes and green beans for a complete meal.
- Thaw and prep the Fish Fixe Cobia according to package instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400º
- Season both sides of the Fish Fixe Cobia with The Citrus One and set aside
- Coat the potatoes in olive oil, followed by The Citrus One or simply salt and pepper
- Apply olive oil to the green beans and season with The Citrus One or simply salt and pepper
- Add the potatoes to a separate sheet pan and bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown
- Add the cobia to a sheet pan, on top of sliced lemons.
- Surround the cobia with green beans and bake in the oven for 12 minutes
- Remove from the oven, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the Cobia and serve!
