Pecan Crusted Cajun Cobia with Green Beans

- (2) 6 oz portions of ASC labeled Fish Fixe Cobia
- 1 cup crushed pecans
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Tony Chachere’s
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp honey
- Sliced lemons

Serves: 2One pan pecan crusted Cajun cobia recipe? If you’re feeling like home-style southern cooking this easy-to follow, all on one pan dish is for you!
- Prepare Fish Fixe Cobia by thawing and drying thoroughly with a paper towel
- Season with sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides and set aside
- Preheat oven to 425º
- Slice a lemon horizontally into at least 6 slices
- If you need to crush pecans, place them in a ziplock bag and pound until crushed
- Mix lemon juice, olive oil, Tony Chachere’s, green onion, oregano, basil, and honey in a bowl, and then add crushed pecans and parmesan. Set aside.
- Drizzle baking pan with olive oil and arrange sliced lemon along the bottom
- Place Cobia on top of lemon slices
- Add your pecan crusting to the top of the Cobia
- Toss green beans in olive oil and garlic salt and arrange around Cobia
- Bake for 15 – 17 minutes
- Remove from oven and serve warm!
