Za’atar spiced salmon kebabs

- 1/2 lb ASC-certified salmon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp za'atar spice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Cut the skinless salmon into 2 -inch cubes and place into a large bowl.
Add the olive oil, za’atar spice, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
Skewer the salmon onto large metal or wood skewers.
Oil the grill pan lightly or grates and grill salmon kabobs for 3-4 minutes per side or until salmon is cooked through.
Serve with your choice of grilled vegetables on the side.
